Why We Give
Gospel grace should produce generosity.
God uses our tithes and offerings to provide for the ministries of our church, but our giving is about more than keeping the lights on. It is about worship. When we are obedient to give, we grow in our faith as we trust God to provide all we need.
Let each one do just as he has purposed in his heart; not grudgingly or under compulsion; for God loves a cheerful giver. -2 Corinthians 9:7
